01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the phdram platform — including the website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, promotions, and any related services — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published by phdram from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phdram platform and close your account. Continued use of phdram after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use phdram, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable. phdram does not permit any person under 21 to register, deposit, wager, or receive winnings.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing phdram from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of phdram or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by phdram or any Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

phdram reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active phdram account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your phdram account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times.
• Keep your phdram login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify phdram immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your phdram account, whether or not authorized by you.

phdram accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

phdram accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the phdram cashier section.

By making a deposit to your phdram account, you confirm that:

• The funds you are depositing are not derived from any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft.
• You are the rightful owner of the payment method used to make the deposit.
• You are not depositing on behalf of any third party.

Withdrawal requests are processed by phdram in accordance with our standard processing schedule. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one to three (1–3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

phdram reserves the right to conduct identity verification and anti-money laundering checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the satisfactory completion of such checks. phdram will not be liable for any losses arising from delays caused by verification procedures.

Deposits that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing fee upon withdrawal, at phdram's discretion. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as described in Section 5.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

phdram offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered.

General bonus terms applicable to all phdram promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may not be available to all account holders at all times.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• phdram reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

phdram's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding. Players who have questions about specific promotion terms should contact phdram support before opting in.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on phdram — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports markets, bingo, or any other product — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product. These rules are available within the relevant game or betting interface on the phdram platform.

General betting rules applicable across all phdram products include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. phdram does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, phdram reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• phdram reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error ("manifest error") or that resulted from a technical fault on phdram's systems.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per day, and per product category. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface.
• phdram reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual player at its sole discretion.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phdram platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or system for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or phdram staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the phdram platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Accessing phdram from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your phdram account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward phdram staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the phdram platform.

phdram employs fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. All findings by phdram's security team are final and binding.

08 Responsible Gaming

phdram is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within your phdram account settings.

If you believe your gambling has become problematic, we strongly encourage you to make use of phdram's self-exclusion facility, which allows you to restrict access to your account for a defined period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the phdram platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of phdram or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phdram platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phdram platform without prior written consent from phdram.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phdram and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phdram platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, network failure, or system error.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Interruption or unavailability of the phdram platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond phdram's reasonable control.

phdram's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

phdram collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on phdram, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phdram implements industry-standard security measures — including SSL/TLS encryption — to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and phdram cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the platform.

12 Termination

phdram reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or commercial decision.

Upon termination of your account for any reason other than breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your phdram account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard betting rules.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through phdram's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phdram's internal dispute resolution process requires players to submit a formal complaint to our support team in the first instance. phdram will endeavor to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
